How do I delete my account?
In the app, go to Profile → Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and your data, including your habits, progress, milestones, notification tokens and your membership of any Room. It cannot be undone.
Someone in a Room is behaving badly.
Open the Room, tap the ⋯ button on that member's row, and choose Report or Block. Blocking hides them from your view of that Room straight away. Reports come only to us; the other person is not told.
My prayer times look wrong.
Check your location in Settings → Notifications. GrowDaily uses your country's official calculation method where it knows one, and Bahrain uses the Kingdom's own published timetable.
I paid for Premium but do not have it.
Open the Premium screen and tap Restore Purchases. If that does not work, email us with the Apple receipt and we will sort it out.
I forgot my password.
Email us from the address you signed up with and we will help you regain access.

اشتريت Premium وما ظهر.
افتح شاشة Premium واضغط "استعادة المشتريات". إذا ما نفع، راسلنا وأرفق إيصال Apple.
